Today's cheap & chic was inspired by the lovely dress down below & the cute pink oxfords. I imagine this dress would be fairly effortless and I like the unexpected detail of the oxfords with it. Some black bits to bring it down to earth a little and there you have it. Would you wear this to a party in the summer? Anybody have this dress & like it?
