The dress in today's Cheap & Chic is one I fell in love with awhile ago & considered buying for an event, back in january. I love the sparkle and the the material, the only thing that wasn't right for me was the uneven hem. I think it would be beautiful on someone else though, just not great on me. Now it is on sale & I still adore it so, I thought I would get together an outfit around it. Perfect for a summer party or wedding, no?
