I thought I'd still share Art Love this week, though I missed wednesday, because I am so smitten with the 3 of these pieces together. Beautiful florals & blue, the always dreamy Theater Clouds & a very adorable & stylish anteater! :)
~ Love that deep & beautiful blue. Becca Stadlander is definitely one of my faves. The vibrant florals against the deep blue, under the bell jar & perfect dotted border. Sigh.
~ Every single piece, all on one big wall.....that would be a beautiful installation. Elly Mackay, the artist behind Theater Clouds, always captivates me. How on earth do I not have any of her pieces yet?! That has got to change. I have talked about Elly's work here before but, if you don't know her work you should hear about her process: right here & the piece above, here.
~ Recently, my friend Ez, has been combining her fashion posts with her adorable illustrations and I love them! Penelope, above, is the 2nd of the stylish creatures Ez has created. I hope she makes more & more. So inspired! Here was the first one, "Audrey enjoys her cup of tea". ( Ez? Can we convince you to start selling prints of these sweethearts?) :)
