Hello lovelies!
It is becoming a tradition, me not getting my act together enough for wednesday's post to go up on Wednesday. So, yet again, here is Art Love on a thursday.....hope I haven't confused you! ;) A magical journey for a tiny hedgehog, surprising butterflies and beautifully unique persepective. I hope you enjoy!
~ From "Hedgehog in the Fog" a book illustrated by Francesca Yarbusova , which was then made into an animated film (in 1975) byYuriy Norshteyn. So beautiful.
~ I admit....I am not a Warhol fan. I know there are many but, I am not one of them. This piece,"butterflies" (1955), is absolutely beautiful and I was so surprised to see that it was a Warhol. You learn something new everyday, I guess. Happily so.
~ Truls Espedal's work is crazy beautiful, at first I thought his work was photographic. It's actually acrylic...but, such amazing detail makes you think it is real. I also love his perspective.
Which one is your favorite, my friends? Feel free to leave any others, you think I would love, in the comments below.
Have a wonderful day and I will be back tomorrow with a double feature. :)
Until then, be well.
xo
